Data Retention

Personal information submitted through admissions or certification processes is retained for as long as necessary to administer the credential lifecycle, including renewal periods, reinstatement windows, and regulatory record-keeping obligations. Credential records are maintained in the Institute's registry for a minimum of ten years following the expiry or lapse of the credential.

Enquiry correspondence not resulting in an active certification relationship is retained for a period of two years following the last communication, after which it is securely deleted.
