The Global Institute of Behavior makes the following institutional and governance documents publicly available. This repository will be updated as additional documents are published or approved for public release.

Governance and Ethics Documents
- Code of Ethics — The professional conduct obligations binding all GIB credential holders. Incorporated by reference in the Governance Packet. Full text available upon request from the Registrar.
- Complaints and Appeals Procedure — Full documentation of the process for submitting, investigating, and appealing complaints regarding Code of Ethics breaches. Available upon request.
- Conflict of Interest Policy — Disclosure and recusal requirements for Board, committee, and SAC members. Incorporated in the Governance Packet.
Certification Standards Documents
- Competency Frameworks — Published standards for each certification division and level, available to candidates and approved training organizations. Contact the Registrar to receive the applicable framework for your certification pathway.
- Examination Regulations — Candidate regulations, examination conditions, and assessment procedures. Available to registered candidates via the Registrar.
- CPD Requirements — Continuing Professional Development requirements for credential renewal. Available upon request.
Annual Reports
- Annual Report 2025–2026 — Year 1 report: governance highlights, certification activity summary, and public-benefit statement.
Future annual reports will be added to this page each year following Board approval.

Documents not listed above, or not yet publicly available, may be requested from the Institute's Registrar. GIB is committed to responding to reasonable public interest requests within 20 working days.
